| There are many types of ceramics
and numerous kinds of kilns, along with various firing processes,f
uels used, kiln furniture designs, supporting methods etc. Our extruded
range of kiln furniture formulations have individual properties
to meet all requirements for the ceramics industry.
TRECOR a higher working temperature material with stronger resistance
to deformation. Working temperature of 1300C to support heavy
load as primary kiln furniture e.g. extruded batts for sanitaryware
and pressed batts for porcelain.
TRETOP Used for temp. up to 1250C for pressed batts. Has medium
strength and greater resistance to glaze attack, Suitable for
firing bone china, stoneware and earthenware in tunnel kilns and
shuttle kilns.
TREMON a widely used material with good strength as primary and
secondary kiln furniture. Adoptable to most firing conditions
of ceramics in tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns. The first choice
we recommended to our customers.
TRESUN With best thermal shock resistance and excellent strength
at higher temp. Specially suitable for setter batts used in roller
kilns to satisfy the fast firing of ceramics.
TRETIC Avoiding vitreous bodies sticking to the kiln furniture,
when used for profile setters and cuprings, no need for coatings
on the surface of kiln furniture. Always used as secondary kiln
furniture body for biscuit firing of bone china and other vitreous
bodies.
TREMUL Traditional material for use up to 1250C with excellent
balanced properties. Used for some primary and secondary kiln
furniture.
TREHEN Has good thermal shock resistance and processing properties
for estruded forming. Used mainly for extruded batts for firing
of crystallized glass panel. |
