Crystallized glass panel is an artificial
panel, compared with natural marble and granite, which
has series of advantages: no radiate pollution, better
corrosion-resistance to acidand alkali, high strength,
chromatism and etc. What’s more, the raw materials are
abundant. It is a kind of extensive promising and green
environment friendly building material.
We began the development of the most important kiln furniture
extruded batts for the application in crystallizedglass
industry in 1998, began the mass production in April 1999.
Up to August8, 2003, we had supplied to 32 crystallized
glass manufacturers with complete set or the majority
of kiln furniture, including 68,000 pies of extruded batts,
and 13,000pcs of large size solid batts. We hold more
than 95% of the market share. We are well experienced
in design, production and after sales service of kiln
furniture. We offered a great contribution for the development
to this industry in China, no matter from the quality
or the sales volume, Beijing Trend has become the leader
of kiln furniture in the world for crystallized glass
industry.
Crystallized glass panel kiln furniture systems includes
batts (extruded batts and solid batts),, setter batts(for
roller kiln), SiC beams, support blocks, block bases and
retaining strips. We have developed,, the technology to
produce thin crystallized glass panels by using roller
kiln, slim extruded-batts and large setting slabs, ensuring
to further improve the fuel efficiency of crystallized
glass panels.
